OUR STORY
Emyjor Services was established in Kalgoorlie-Boulder WA in 2009, under the leadership of Greg Bowden, who identified a need for a service company that aimed to meet the comprehensive needs of its client base, thinking outside the box and providing more of a one-stop-shop for services.
A proudly ISO Accredited Company in Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001:2015), Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001:2015) and Occupational Health and Safety (ISO 45001:2018) and positioned now as a multiple service-based company, specialising in Plumbing, Excavation, and Carpentry. Implementing high quality standards in safety, client communication and quality job delivery has been paramount to Emyjor Services’ success.

Managing Director
Greg Bowden
Greg established Emyjor Services in 2009 with the backing of his entire career and multiple qualifications within the Plumbing industry.
Being Kalgoorlie born and bred Greg had a vision of a service company that aimed to suit a variety of multi-purpose needs for his client base. Greg prides the Company on providing a high-quality service along with safety, compliance and client communication.
From this, business operations have maintained the service of many of the mining companies in the Goldfields as well as continually providing domestic maintenance in Kalgoorlie including asset and utility management.
Greg is a member of the Master Plumbers Association as well as a valued and generous member of the community with strong ties to various organisations such as Variety and Goldfields Children’s Charity.
Area Manager - Perth
NICK WARNER
Nick has been employed with Emyjor Services since 2020 and quickly worked his way into a Supervisory position within the Company given his experience, knowledge and ability to successfully manage fellow workmates in a positive manner.
Nick is a fully Qualified Plumber, Gasfitter and Controlled Waste License Holder as well as holding many High-Risk licenses.
Nick’s passion is in Project Management, especially within the Commercial Construction sector, he enjoys seeing a project through from quoting stage to completion while passing on his knowledge and experience to his fellow workmates.
In 2023 Nick played a pivotal role in the introduction of Emyjor Services Perth Branch, Nick is a valued and vital member of the team who is involved in all aspects of Company expansion.
Area Manager - Kalgoorlie
DARREN BOOY
Darren Booy is the Area Manager at Emyjor Services, leading operations across the Goldfields region. With over 20 years of hands-on experience in the plumbing industry, including the past three years with Emyjor Services, Darren plays a key role in maintaining the company’s strong reputation for quality, reliability, and consistent delivery.
Having completed his plumbing apprenticeship alongside Company Director Greg Bowden, Darren brings well-established standards, a strong work ethic, and a practical understanding of the business that aligns closely with Emyjor Services values and long-term vision. His experience spans residential, commercial, and large-scale project work, with a strong focus on mining maintenance, breakdown response, project delivery, and mining village construction.
Darren is responsible for overseeing regional operations, supporting supervisors and site teams, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. He brings a steady, hands-on approach, strong attention to detail, and a clear focus on supporting teams to deliver consistent outcomes.
Born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Darren has a strong connection to the Goldfields and a deep understanding of the local industry and community. His extensive regional experience across Kalgoorlie and surrounding areas allows him to effectively manage works in both commercial and mining environments.
Darren values a family-oriented workplace culture and is committed to supporting both his team and the continued growth and success of Emyjor Services.
Carpentry Manager
Liam Rooney
Liam Rooney leads the carpentry division at Emyjor Services, overseeing works across residential, commercial, and maintenance projects.
With extensive hands-on experience in the trade, Liam brings a practical and considered approach to every job. He is recognised for his attention to detail, ability to keep projects progressing efficiently, and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Liam plays a key role in coordinating site operations, supporting his team, and ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a consistently high standard.
He values strong working relationships with both clients and crew, and is a key contributor to Emyjor’s ongoing growth and reputation.
Company Secretary
Kate Bowden
Kate Bowden has been a valued part of the Emyjor Services team, taking on the important role of Company Secretary while also managing accounts and supporting a wide range of day-to-day operations across the business.
Having lived in Kalgoorlie for many years, Katie has a strong connection to the local community and a deep understanding of the region. Her versatility and willingness to help wherever needed make her an essential part of the team, ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly and efficiently.
In her role, Katie plays a key part in maintaining the company’s organisation and financial processes, while also assisting across multiple areas to support the continued growth and success of Emyjor Services. Her dedication, reliability, and team-focused approach reflect the strong family values that the business is built on.

Miranda Cirulis
Miranda Cirulis leads People & Culture at Emyjor Services, supporting the business across workforce planning, compliance, and organisational capability. Since joining Emyjor Services in 2022, she has supported the business through a period of growth, strengthening systems, capability, and operational alignment.
With a background across the mining and resources sector, Miranda has developed a strong track record of working alongside operational teams to ensure the right people, structure, and systems are in place to support performance and delivery.
Working closely with leadership and operational teams, she focuses on ensuring the business is well positioned to support day-to-day operations and sustainable growth across both residential and FIFO environments, while strengthening capability, supporting the team, and contributing to a workplace that is reliable, well-structured, and set up to perform.
Born and raised in Kalgoorlie, Miranda values the strong sense of community the Goldfields offers and is passionate about raising her family locally while supporting both the Kalgoorlie and Perth operations.
