2500 Square Metre Warehouse Build with Wash Pad

This project involved the hydraulic services installation for a 2,500sqm warehouse development, including a purpose built wash pad facility. A key component of the works was the installation of a coalescing plate separator and sump system to service the washdown bay, ensuring compliant and efficient treatment of trade waste prior to discharge to the sewer network. The scope also included all associated trenching, pipework, and final connections across both the workshop and office areas.

Internally, the project delivered a complete plumbing fit-out, including all WC fixtures, a workshop trough, and a social area kitchenette, along with provision for future expansion through second-floor tube-outs. Fire services were also a major component, with the installation of fire hydrant reels, a fire booster with cabinet, and a dual fire hydrant riser located adjacent to the wash pad to meet operational and compliance requirements.

Externally, comprehensive stormwater infrastructure was installed, including connections to bubble pits, additional pits between future expansion zones and swales, and integration into the existing culvert swale system. All works were completed with a focus on efficiency, compliance, and future scalability, delivering a high-quality hydraulic solution tailored to the operational needs of the facility.
