Yarri Road 300-Person Workforce Accommodation Camp

This project involved the delivery of complete hydraulic services for a 300-person workers’ accommodation village in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. The scope included the installation, testing, inspection, and commissioning of all plumbing systems in accordance with relevant Australian Standards, ensuring a compliant and reliable solution for a high-demand, remote camp environment.

The works encompassed full water and waste servicing to approximately 300 accommodation rooms and associated facilities, including mess, laundry, and gym buildings. Key infrastructure included the installation of a packaged sewer pump station, a site-wide potable water reticulation network, and a main drainage system designed to accommodate full camp loading. The sewer network was integrated across all buildings and connected to a packaged Wastewater Treatment Plant, complete with rising main and spray field for on-site treatment and reuse.

Large-capacity storage tanks and booster pump sets, a grease arrestor servicing the commercial kitchen, and fire protection services to the dry mess building in line with NCC requirements. Delivered in a remote environment, the project was completed with a strong focus on durability, efficiency, and long-term operational performance, providing a fully integrated and self-sufficient hydraulic solution for the accommodation village.
